Rahmat Ashari
I’m an analytics engineer building data products and applications to cut operating expenses for an oil company.
In my nonlinear past, I worked in the business intelligence division of an e-commerce company to capture the cash-on-delivery market in Indonesia. I also worked as a research assistant at UT Austin to study geothermal drilling, where I also got my master’s.
Outside of work, I'm currently interested in understanding and evaluating AI agents. Another obsession I have right now is studying database internals. And hiking!
